Join the CA COVID Notify pilot at UCLA

Update: CA COVID Notify is available to all Californians. As such, users may be tested for COVID-19 at an expansive number of sites across the state, not just those affiliated with the UC pilot.

All participants can report their positive test results via this system. Those who added this tool to their phones as part of the UCLA pilot do not need to do anything further to remain part of this growing notification system.

Be among the Californians to benefit from this contact tracing technology

As a member of the UCLA community, you have the opportunity to help slow the spread of COVID-19 using your smartphone.

UCLA students, staff and faculty can now join peers at UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Riverside, UC San Diego, UC San Francisco and UC Santa Barbara in a state of California pilot of CA COVID Notify, an innovative technology that uses the privacy-preserving Exposure Notifications system jointly created by Google and Apple.

Participation is voluntary and strongly encouraged. Personal privacy is a paramount feature. The more users who are involved, the more effective CA COVID Notify will be.
